minneapolis defining building assemblages facilitate social, spatial, and legal-financial processes. these property dynamics are driven by a hegemonic value system rooted in capital. an interpersonal value system is imagined, in which involved parties take limited responsibility and light ownership of their property. the intervention is a reconditioning of property agreements: the vis-à-vis agreement framework. the goal is to sever hegemonic ties, creating new interpersonal relationships between property, collective owners and the built environment.

by framing the intervention around the agreement structure, new values can be established into property dynamics for each building assemblage.
